Works, but A and especially E sound flat

I just used the cello app for a friend and downloaded this one. Not the best for beginners because it doesnt listen to and match your instruments tone to the selected note, but for everyone else, very convenient.
Downloaded and listened to the violin app. Helpful as a starting point but the E and A strings sound flat. Just slightly, so fine for beginners.
Really hope the program developers can swing by their local music school/store (or school with a music teacher/program) and get decent sounding A and E notes.
